In order for us to offer a safe and pleasant stay to our Guests, and moreover in general consideration of recognitions of Hotels as public facility, Hotel Guests are kindly requested to observe the following rules outlined in Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. If a Guest does not observe these rules, the Hotel may legally be obliged to cancel the accommodation and related contract under Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.
Note
1.In cases where the Guest causes any damage in the Hotel facilities and equipments through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
2.Please deposit your valuables at the front desk. However, the Hotel shall not accept deposit of the following Items:
  • (i) Items and/or Currency valued in excess of 500,000 yen;
  • (ii) Information recording devices such as personal computers and mobile phones;
  • (iii) Items/Documentations containing personal information such as customer directories.
3.Room Use in excess of the designated room occupancy number is prohibited. In cases where the Guest occupies the room in such condition without notification, the Guest shall be billed for the excess use.
4.Do not engage in commercial activities and please refrain from using your room for purposes other than accommodation.
5.Meeting visitors in your room is strictly prohibited.
6.In cases where the Guest lost the room key, the Hotel will request the Guest for the full amount of the repair and the replacement.
7.Do not use any heating, cooking or ironing equipment in the room or hallway other than those lent out by the Hotel.
8.Do not smoke in bed, in a place where fire can easily start, or in any place other than the designated area.
9.Do not sing loud, create noise or spread foul odors or perform any other act that would cause displeasure and nuisance to other Guests.
10. Do not invite visitors to your room and/or allow them to use any facility and/or equipment inside the room.
11.Do not bring the following items into the hallway and/or your room:
  • (i) Animals, birds and other pets (guide dogs are not included);
  • (ii) Stimulant, narcotic or drugs possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Japan;
  • (iii) Items emitting extremely obnoxious odors;
  • (iv) Gunpowder, volatile oils, hazardous chemicals or other explosives and inflammables etc.
  • (v) Unregistered firearms, swords and/or other similar items;
  • (vi) Goods in extraordinary quantities;
  • (vii) A large amount of garbage or items that would cause sanitary problems in the Guest room;
  • (viii) Goods in extraordinary heavy weight;
  • (ix) Electrical appliances and other equipments which consume large amounts of electricity;
  • (x) Currency and/or other items of which the Hotel regards as high-priced;
  • (xi) Cooking utensils and other tools not permitted by the Hotel; or
  • (xii) Any other items of which the Hotel prohibits the Guest from bringing to the occupied room.
12.Do not engage in gambling or behave in a manner that will disturb the public morals or cause a serious nuisance to other Guests in the Hotel and/or the Guest room.
13.Do not use the Guest room or the lobby as office unless approved by the Hotel.
14.Do not distribute pamphlets to the other Guests or engage other soliciting business.
15.Do not rearrange, alter and/or remove the furniture and fixtures in your room, or facilities and equipments in the Hotel. Moreover, please do not use them other than their primary purpose.
16.Do not hang any Items in the window keeping the exterior of the Hotel protective.
17.Do not leave your possessions in the lobby, the hallways or other places except your occupied room.
18.Do not enter any other facilities other than your occupied room, except an emergency situation or unavoidable circumstances.
19.Do not order delivery from facilities other than those authorized by the Hotel.
20.Do not use the bath unit for the purpose of dyeing or bleaching your hair.
21.When there is no special indication otherwise, our principles for the lost property are as follows:
The period of the storage
Three months including the month of discovery ( For foods, beverages and magazines, three months from the day after the check out) If necessary, the Hotel will report the Item to the nearest police station on the same day it was found.
22.How to Use the Parking Lot
  • (i) Each Guest is allowed to occupy one single parking space;
  • (ii) Excluding tourist buses and special medical vehicles, parking of mid- and large-sized vehicles that take up more than one parking space is prohibited;
  • (iii) Do not wash your vehicle inside the parking lot without the permission by the Hotel;
  • (iv) As a general rule, the Guest can occupy the parking space from his/her arrival time to his/her departure time; and
  • (v) The Hotel is not liable for any accident, theft and other problems caused in the parking lot.
23.Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms
The Guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guest room of the Hotel from check in time until check out time as stipulated by the Hotel. Moreover, the Guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guest room all day in case of his/her continuous accommodation except the departure and arrival date, and cleaning and room preparation time. Except the case of the continuous accommodation stated the above, extra charges shall be paid as follows:
*Overtime charges
  • 1.Up to 1 hour: 10% of the room charge
  • 2.Up to 2 hours: 20% of the room charge
  • 3.Up to 3 hours: 30% of the room charge
  • 4.Over 3 under 5 hours: 60% of the room charge
  • 5.Over 5 hours: Full room chargel

Check-in Times
  • 1.From 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m.: 30% of the room charge
  • 2.From 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. : 50% of the room charge
  • 3.Before 10:00a.m. : Full Room Charge
